Finding Affordable Clothing and Other Household Items

Goodwill stores are a second-hand, thrift store which sells clothing for men, women, and children, shoes, hobby items, books, kitchen appliances, furniture, electronics, and a variety of other items.

The Goodwill mission is: Goodwill Industries International enhances the dignity and quality of life of individuals, families and communities by eliminating barriers to opportunity and helping people in need reach their fullest potential through the power of work.

Most Goodwill stores introduce more than 2,000 new items every day into their inventory mix on the sales floor. So if you don’t find what you’re looking for today, your best bet is to check back the next day. All items are gently used, and affordable.

An alternative to visiting a Goodwill store is to shop online, at Goodwill’s online auction store. The prices on the auction site are higher than prices in the store, but still affordable. You will need to set up a user ID, and password and you can do that by clicking the “sign in” tab.
